Having over 18 years experience in childcare and education, I have now worked in all aspects of Early Years including Private Day Care, Health and the Education sector. In many of these roles I have been required to work with a multitude of other professionals including children's social care and have in depth training in Safeguarding Children.
I have trained and led groups in infant massage, speech and language, early communication, makaton, breastfeeding, solihull parenting and behaviour management to name but a few.
All experience and expertise I can now put to use in supporting your professional or parenting needs, whatever they may be.

HOW IT ALL STARTED
For years, I have served in a supportive role to those seeking inspiration, help, or advice in Early Child Development. In 2012, I left my community role with local health whereby I supported families in such areas as toilet training, behaviour management, healthy eating and breastfeeding, and took the step into Primary Teaching. I started writing children's stories, along with pieces about my passion of the Early Years during the first COVID lockdown and was encouraged by many to do something more with them. I therefore founded Raising Rounded Rascals with a mission to share my thoughts and experiences on all things Early Years and positive parenting and hope with all my heart that it helps some of you with some of the more challenging times of being a parent or practitioner.
With the release of my new website I am now offering professional training, family play and wellbeing groups and 1-1 parenting coaching in and around East Yorkshire.
