Baby development course

Join early years specialist and mummy of two on this 8 week baby development course.

Weeks 1 and 2 will offer the opportunity for warm water play before introducing the start of infant massage; tummy, chest, legs and feet.

Weeks 3 and 4 will continue the baby massage, reviewing previous strokes to relieve wind and constipation and completing on week four having now covered arms, hands, back, face and head.

Weeks 5 and 6 compliment t the massage as little ones should now be enjoying more extended periods of time with floor play. Learn some new methods to support that all important tummy time to develop babies muscles in the head and neck and encourage connections required later for crawling.

The final Weeks on 7 and 8 will conclude with more sensory play, allowing your baby to explore light, sound and touch with safely selected resources and Messy play.

During the 8 week course you will have plenty to of opportunities to chat about the experiences or difficulties yiu are having around sleep or feeding for example, and build that all important support network with other like minded families.
