Weaning Workshop

If your baby is between the months 4-6 and youre beginning to think they need more than just milk, book know this informative Weaning Workshop.

In this hour you will discover what the Department of Health recommend for optimum growth and development, ie what foods to introduce first and which to avoid.

You will learn about baby led weaning and also consider texture, finger foods and portion size.

We will briefly discuss what to do if you discover your little one has any food intolerance and what alternatives you can offer.

Having previously given weaning talks as part of the community health visiting team, I can say that experience has taught that when both parents/caregivers are given the same information about safe weaning then the easiest this journey will be. Therefore the £25 ticket invites both parents to the workshop and will see you home with a weaning goody bag to get you off to a good start.
